Happy New Year "2012". I would like
to thank the Commander, Pete Nepa for the confidence
to appoint me your new Sergeant-at-Arms for
the Post and Honor Guard. For those who don't
know me, I am a Life Member of Post 157, have
been active with the Post for over 5 years,
a member of the Honor Guard and also the Chairman
of the Boys State Committee. I am a retired
USAF MSgt since 1992, when I moved to Margate.
I grew up with the American Legion as my father
was Post Commander in Palm Valley, FL and my
mother was the 1st Vice at Post 129 in Jacksonville,
FL for most of my 58 years.
I almost believe my wife Debra when she says
I would bleed the American Legion if cut. I
want this Post to continue to be successful.
Thank you for allowing me to serve our Post.
